To be honest, most rental opportunities are not listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) used by realtors. You will find some single family homes available via the MLS and if you're interested in those please use the
"Contact Ken" features of this website and let me know the locations and monthly rent range you have in mind.
The vast majority of rentals are going to be found in the newspaper and also through some privately published guide books for renters which can be found in most supermarkets.
For your convenience, I am also providing links to the apporpriate websites for these resources. There may be other sources also that I have not encountered yet so please don't consider this posting as all inclusive of the rental market in the Capital District.
